Personalized and comfortable care
Next Step emphasizes client care, training and dedication. To ensure that these goals are met, Next Step has established the Amputee Care Center concept. For emergency services, staff members are equipped with cellular phones. We are also open until 7p.m. one night per week for our clients' convenience.

The Amputee Care Centers provide ample parking with handicap-accessible spaces and on-level parking adjacent to the front door. The centers have comfortable fitting rooms, video diagnostics for gait analysis and training, and in-house full-service laboratories where all fabrication takes place.

The client and family waiting areas are equipped with refreshment centers where clients and their families can rest and interact with others during appointments.

Our special services for out-of-town clients include providing assistance in making travel arrangements and finding hotel accommodations.

When necessary, practitioners leave the centers for visits to acute-care hospitals, rehabilitation centers and nursing facilities. The staff continues to meet with clients for follow-up adjustments, monitoring, and evaluation of the client's progress. Both practitioners and support staff are available to travel between all offices.
